Mr. Centers is a distinguished security executive and strategist who currently serves as the Vice President and Sector Chief Director for the Salt Lake City InfraGard Members Alliance (SLCIMA). A dedicated InfraGard member since 2005, he leverages over 30 years of multidisciplinary expertise to strengthen the public-private partnerships essential to protecting our nation’s critical infrastructure across the United State of America.

As the Committee Chairman & Sector Chief Director, Mr. Centers oversees the "tip of the spear" for the alliance, coordinating a network of subject matter experts to facilitate timely intelligence sharing between the FBI, other federal partners, and the private sector. His leadership ensures that critical infrastructure owners and operators have the actionable insights needed to mitigate threats to the 16 recognized DHS sectors.

Professional Foundation & National Impact:

Mr. Centers’ career is built upon a rare trifecta of long-term service: 20 years in law enforcement, 25+ years in emergency management, and 30+ years as an elite instructor and trainer. Accompanied with his 40+ years in the Scouting Program, being the founder of several organizational chapters to include IEEE, NESA, and the Utah based Federal Emergency Communications Coordination Working Group (FECCWG) his experience spans the municipal, private, and federal sectors. His influence extends to the highest levels of national security policy, having contributed to the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP), the definitive guide for how the U.S. manages risk to its critical assets. He is also a distinguished graduate of the DHS/FEMA National Emergency Management Advanced Academy, a program reserved for officials who lead complex, large-scale disaster response and recovery efforts.
