His experience spans regulatory framework administration, utility security, and security assessments.

Dylan holds a Master of Science degree from Western Governors University and maintains various specialized industry credentials. As a board member, Dylan is committed to supporting the chapter’s mission of information sharing and helping local organization leaders safeguard the region's essential services.
