The Salt Lake City InfraGard Members Alliance (IMA) Board of Directors is the governing body responsible for the strategic oversight and daily operations of our chapter. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the board ensures a strong public–private partnership with the FBI, fostering a culture of high‑trust collaboration and accountability across Utah and Wyoming. Our governance framework is committed to financial stewardship, effective decision‑making, and the delivery of high‑value professional education to our members. By aligning our activities with the national mission of protecting critical infrastructure, the board works to mitigate threats and enhance regional resilience.

Operational Management: Overseeing membership services, local briefings, and specialized training workshops tailored to our region’s needs.

Relationship Building: Acting as a vital bridge between private‑sector security leaders and government intelligence partners to facilitate the exchange of threat advisories and alerts.

Strategic Planning: Setting the agenda for chapter meetings and identifying priority focus areas, including cyber threats, counterterrorism, and sector‑specific resilience (e.g., healthcare and financial services).

Community Outreach: Coordinating with local FBI field offices to host educational programs and information‑sharing initiatives unique to the Utah and Wyoming threat landscape.
